Return and Refund Policy
Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we always want you to be happy with your order. If there is any issue with the quality of the product or the print, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
We offer a free replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The print quality is poor
- The item is defective
- The wrong item, size, or color was delivered
- The order is lost in transit
To start a claim, email us at info@staffroomprint.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
A replacement or refund will be processed as soon as the issue is verified.
In most cases, you will not need to return the item, because our products are produced on demand.
Non returnable items
Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size or change of mind
- Items that were delivered correctly
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
Since we do not accept returns, the fastest way to get a different size or style is to place a new order.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Banks may take several days to process the refund.
